CapitaLand Development, UOL Group and Singapore Land Group have launched Thomson Reserve, a 1,268-unit freehold residential project off Upper Thomson Road. The development offers two- to five-bedroom homes and is a two-minute walk from Upper Thomson MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line.

CapitaLand Development, UOL Group and Singapore Land Group have jointly launched Thomson Reserve, a 1,268-unit residential development on Upper Thomson Road. The freehold project comprises two- to five-bedroom homes with sizes ranging from 592 sq ft to 1,808 sq ft, catering to singles, couples and multigenerational families.

The development sits close to the Central Catchment Nature Reserve, MacRitchie Reservoir Park, Upper and Lower Peirce Reservoir Parks and Windsor Nature Park.
