C.T. World Development launches 1,120-unit freehold Aman Residensi in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang
C.T. World Development has launched Aman Residensi, a freehold high-rise development in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor. The project comprises 1,120 units across two blocks, with three-bedroom layouts from 800 sq ft to 900 sq ft, targeting eligible Malaysian first-time buyers and families.
C.T. World Development Sdn. Bhd. has launched Aman Residensi, a freehold high-rise residential development in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor. The project sits on approximately 7.09 acres and comprises two apartment blocks with a total of 1,120 units, aimed at Malaysian citizens meeting affordable housing eligibility criteria.
Block A has 31 storeys with 616 units, while Block B has 26 storeys with 504 units. Both blocks rise above a multi-level podium car park connected via an overhead linkbridge. Unit configurations are three-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts: Type C at 800 sq ft and Type E at 900 sq ft, with Type E adding a balcony and two parking bays compared with one bay for Type C.
The development’s location between Klang and Shah Alam provides access to employment centres, commercial areas and amenities. Road connectivity is a key advantage, with major routes including Jalan Meru, NKVE, the North Klang-Straits Bypass and the Federal Highway. The project is also close to the Bukit Raja Interchange, roughly 500 m from the interchange with access to NKVE, LATAR and WCE. Residents are likely to remain car-dependent as public transport options are more limited, though KTM and bus connections are available in the wider Klang and Shah Alam areas.
Shared facilities include a kindergarten, surau, swimming pools, multipurpose hall, co-working area, playground, interactive play areas, gym, and jogging and cycling infrastructure. Bandar Bukit Raja Town Park is about 2.6 km away, while larger retail destinations such as Setia City Mall are within a short drive.
The project is positioned as a value-driven mass-market residential development rather than a premium condominium. Its freehold tenure, family-sized layouts and affordable pricing are its main selling points for owner-occupiers, particularly first-time buyers and young families. The large unit count and affordable-housing eligibility restrictions are factors to consider for future resale or rental prospects.
