A condominium unit at Bangsar Hill Park in Kuala Lumpur has been rented for RM7,500 per month, according to Kevin Tan (REN 25714) of Avid Estates. The tenant, a Japanese corporate, was selective in its search for a quality unit and was drawn to the property’s exceptional furnishing and imported white goods, which set it apart from typical rental properties. The unit also featured a rare corner layout, unique to this block within Bangsar Hill Park.
The landlord, based in the US, had initially purchased and furnished the unit as a holiday home but later realised he would not be staying in Malaysia as frequently. The property was on the market for two months, attracting considerable interest, before it was leased. Most units in Bangsar Hill Park are owner-occupied, making a well-furnished property of this kind uncommon.
