BRDB has launched The Royal Collection, the final phase of its Senja Lakeside Estate landed residential development in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. The limited selection comprises three-storey semi-detached homes, zero-lot bungalows and bungalows, with built-ups ranging from 4,497 sq ft to 7,588 sq ft.

The Royal Collection is designed around a resort-style concept, emphasising space, greenery, natural light and views towards the surrounding landscape and lake. Homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows, broad verandahs, balconies, full-height glazing and pillarless double-volume interiors, with some offering lake-facing orientations and larger private outdoor areas.

Advertised pricing for the wider Senja landed collection lists three-storey superlink units from RM1,942,350 to RM2,599,950, three-storey semi-detached homes from RM2,877,300 to RM4,643,700, and three-storey zero-lot bungalows from RM3,353,400 to RM4,086,850. A 7 per cent Bumiputera discount is stated.

Senja Lakeside Estate spans approximately 47 acres and includes terraces, semi-detached homes, villas and bungalows, complemented by landscaped parks, water features and a residents-only clubhouse. The gated-and-guarded development also features pedestrian-friendly areas and scenic walkways.

The clubhouse spans almost half an acre and includes a swimming pool, tennis court, gymnasium, library, games room and function spaces. The development is connected to the Sungai Besi Highway, KL-Seremban Highway, KESAS Highway, SILK Highway and Bukit Jalil Highway, with Serdang KTM Station about 1km away and Sungai Besi MRT Station about 6km away.

BRDB previously reported that Phase 1 comprised 114 landed homes, largely occupied with 80 per cent owner-occupiers and 15 per cent tenants at the time of its 2023 report. The subsequent phase comprised 83 three-storey superlinks, semi-detached homes and zero-lot bungalows.
