KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 4): Armani Group and MBSB Bank Bhd have announced a collaboration to offer up to 100% financing for eligible purchasers through MBSB Bank's Home Advance 100 programme. The initiative, announced in a joint media release on Nov 2, introduces MBSB Bank's Home Financing-i and Home Advance 100 to buyers of selected Armani Group developments.

Under Home Advance 100, eligible buyers can obtain financing of up to 100%, providing greater financial flexibility, particularly for those looking to purchase their first or second home. The programme applies to residential properties valued between RM500,000 and RM1.5 million, and allows customers to finance eligible incidental costs up to 5% of the lower of the Sale and Purchase Price or Open Market Value.

“Buying a property is a significant financial commitment, and we understand that securing the right financing is just as important as finding the right home,” said Datuk Seri Azlan Azmi, group managing director of Armani Hallson BB Sdn Bhd. “Through our collaboration with MBSB Bank, we hope to make the purchasing journey more straightforward by giving our customers easier access to financing advice and solutions that suit their needs. Beyond developing quality properties, we believe it is equally important to help buyers take the next step towards ownership with greater confidence.”

Usman Ghouse, group chief consumer banking of MBSB, said: “This collaboration with Armani Group reflects our commitment to making homeownership more accessible for Malaysians. Through our Home Advance 100 Programme, eligible buyers can obtain financing of up to 100%, giving them greater flexibility in managing upfront costs and empowering them to take the next step towards owning their dream home.”

The collaboration is expected to complement Armani Group’s upcoming property launches and ongoing projects. One of its most significant developments is Armani Hallson KLCC, which has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM3 billion. The project is strategically located within the Golden Triangle, just 300 metres from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers.
