PETALING JAYA (Oct 1): AFZ Realty held its annual dinner for the year with the theme “Crazy Rich REN” at Hemisfera Luxury Sky Hall, Menara Kuala Lumpur on Sept 26. The event brought together 300 real estate negotiators from across the country, business partners and guests for an evening celebrating excellence, achievement and teamwork.

Also present were Persatuan Perunding Hartanah Muslim Malaysia (PEHAM) president Sr Idzwan Izuddin Shah, alongside business partners such as Zulaila & Associates and Amalina Ismail & Associates. A total of 49 award categories were presented during the gala dinner, honouring RENs who demonstrated exceptional performance, dedication, commitment and professionalism in their respective areas.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Most Valuable Negotiator Award, which was won by Norul Ain Yusoff. She took home a RM10,000 cash money bouquet, an exclusive 4-day, 3-night holiday to Phuket, as well as a trophy and certificate of achievement.
