Philippine quantity surveying firm Quantity Solutions, Inc. (QSI) was named Highly Commended Research Team of the Year at the RICS Southeast Asia Awards 2026 for its Construction Cost Guidebook – Philippine Edition 2025. The awards were announced on 29 October 2026 at a ceremony in Singapore.
Ms. Rhea Jamandre and Engr. Rynor Jamandre attended the awards ceremony in Singapore and accepted the recognition on behalf of the entire QSI team. The research team was led by Engr. Rynor Jamandre and Engr. Robert Alarcon, working with QSI's costbook team.
The Guidebook was developed to address the need for reliable construction cost information in the Philippines. QSI said the initiative aims to improve cost transparency, support more accurate budgeting and cost planning, and help project owners and construction professionals make better-informed decisions. It also promotes ethical, evidence-based cost planning and informed procurement.
The recognition is QSI's third consecutive year of acknowledgment from RICS Southeast Asia. The firm was named Highly Commended Quantity Surveying Team of the Year in 2024 and 2025.
The RICS Southeast Asia Awards recognise teams, individuals and organisations across the region's built environment. QSI said the latest recognition belongs to the team behind the research and reflects its commitment to advancing construction cost knowledge in the Philippine industry.
