Paragon Globe completes RM238.3m Johor land sale to Bridge Data Centres

Paragon Globe Bhd has completed the RM238.3 million disposal of 47.86 acres of freehold land in Plentong, Johor Bahru, to Bridge Data Centres Malaysia IV Sdn Bhd. The cash consideration works out to approximately RM114.31 psf.

PETALING JAYA (Oct 19): Paragon Globe Bhd has completed the disposal of approximately 47.86 acres of freehold land in Plentong, Johor Bahru, to Bridge Data Centres Malaysia IV Sdn Bhd for RM238.3 million cash.

Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Paragon Business Hub Sdn Bhd, completed the disposal pursuant to the terms of the sale and purchase agreement, the group said in a Bursa Malaysia filing on Friday (Oct 16).

The parcel forms part of a larger tract held under Geran 80943, Lot 2699, in the Mukim of Plentong, Johor Bahru district. The consideration of RM238,317,195.60 works out to approximately RM114.31 psf, based on the stated acreage.

The transaction was first announced on May 8, 2024. The completion filing follows a series of updates, with the preceding announcement dated Feb 26, 2026.
