Property developer NCT Alliance Bhd (KL:0056) has received Preferred Industrial Park (PIP) recognition under Invest Selangor’s programme for its flagship NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP) in South Selangor. Selangor executive councillor for investment, trade and mobility Ng Sze Han presented the certificate during the Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Introduced at the Selangor Investment & Industrial Park Expo (SPARK) 2026, the PIP programme aims to raise the profile of the state’s industrial parks and connect prospective investors with developers through targeted promotion and direct referrals.

NCT Alliance said NSIP spans approximately 910 acres within the Integrated Development Region in South Selangor (IDRISS) and has a gross development value of RM10.2 billion. The group said it had recently completed the vacant possession handover for Phase 1 and launched KM2 within Phase 2.

It also plans to launch NSIP’s Smart Commercial Hub in early 2027, with registration expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. The hub is designed to provide dining, leisure, healthcare and daily conveniences for businesses and workers, complementing facilities such as the park’s Smart Global Centre.

NCT Alliance executive chairman and group managing director Datuk Seri Yap Ngan Choy said the recognition reinforced the group’s commitment to developing industrial parks that meet the evolving needs of investors and businesses. “We look forward to building on this partnership to attract more investments, forge stronger industry connections and contribute to the continued growth of South Selangor as a key economic growth corridor,” he said.

The group said NSIP incorporates digital technologies, automation and sustainability features under its managed industrial park model.
