PETALING JAYA (Oct 1) — Klanggroup Development Sdn Bhd has delivered vacant possession of two industrial developments in Kapar and Jenjarom, Selangor, with a combined gross development value (GDV) of RM1.74 billion. Both projects — Excellent Technology Park (ETP) @ KIIP Kapar (Phase 1) and ETP @ KIIP Jenjarom — were fully sold, the developer said in a statement on Thursday.

As at September 2026, 82 of the 170 factory units at Kapar’s Phase 1 were occupied, while 113 of the 162 factory units at Jenjarom had been taken up. All 28 industrial land lots at Jenjarom have been handed over.

Klanggroup described ETP @ KIIP Kapar as a 104.84-acre freehold development with a GDV of RM1.005 billion. Its first phase comprises 170 semi-detached and cluster semi-detached factory units, with access via the West Coast Expressway.

ETP @ KIIP Jenjarom spans 128 acres of freehold land and has a GDV of RM733 million. It comprises 162 semi-detached and cluster semi-detached factory units and 28 industrial land lots, with access via the West Coast Expressway and South Klang Valley Expressway.

Klanggroup executive director Danny Ong said the company would continue developing industrial premises to support businesses’ longer-term operational needs. “Reaching vacant possession is an important measure of execution, but our work does not stop at handover,” he said in the statement.

The developer said both projects offer a 400-amp power supply, floor loading capacity of three tonnes per sq m, a 40-foot eave height and concrete driveways. Businesses at the developments operate in sectors including logistics, e-commerce, automotive products, furniture and building materials, according to Klanggroup.
