PETALING JAYA (Sept 26): HCK Capital Group has officially opened Perdana Peak Suites, a commercial suite development in Damansara aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs and businesses seeking flexible workspaces. The development offers 333 units, with four suite configurations ranging from 530 to 1,125 sq ft, complemented by shared spaces and facilities designed around contemporary working requirements.
With an estimated gross development value of RM183 million, the development adopts a boutique hotel-inspired concept, incorporating colonial-inspired architectural elements and interiors intended to distinguish it from conventional commercial suites. It is also accessible via several major highways, including the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), Penchala Link and Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH). Perdana Peak Suites is surrounded by prominent lifestyle and retail destinations including IKEA Damansara, The Curve, Hextar World Mall, and 1 Utama Shopping Centre.
Speaking at the grand opening, HCK Capital Group managing director Datuk Simon Kwan said Perdana Peak Suites was conceived as a business address where professionals could receive clients, conduct meetings and operate their businesses in a comfortable working environment. “The vision of Perdana Peak Suites began with the desire to create a business address that people can be proud to be associated with,” he said.
Kwan said Perdana Peak Suites also reflects HCK Capital Group’s broader shift as the company expands beyond its education-anchored development model. HCK has previously built its property portfolio around what it describes as “Education Cities”, with three of its key developments anchored by education institutions. “As we look to the future, we see the trend of the property development market evolving, and so we must evolve too,” Kwan said.
The group is now positioning its future developments around what it calls “Modern Living Communities”, encompassing places where people can live, work, study and conduct business. At Perdana Peak Suites, this translates into different unit configurations intended to accommodate varying business requirements, Kwan said. The four layouts comprise Type A at 530 sq ft, Type B at 580 sq ft, Type C at 920 sq ft and Type D at 1,125 sq ft.
Kwan said the project was brought to fruition with the involvement of the group’s consultants, contractors, agencies, sales partners and other business partners. Perdana Peak Suites is developed by Privilege Consortium Sdn Bhd, a member of HCK Capital Group, and marketed by HCK Properties Sdn Bhd.
