E&O launches Seri Embun superlink homes in City of Elmina, Shah Alam
Eastern & Oriental Bhd is rolling out Seri Embun, a 360-unit gated precinct of 3-storey superlink homes in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam. The first phase of 185 units has achieved 60 per cent take-up, with the remaining 175 units slated for launch by 2Q2027.
Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O) is bringing its community-focused development ethos to the Klang Valley with Seri Embun, a gated-and-guarded residential enclave within the City of Elmina in Shah Alam, Selangor. The project occupies 35.83 acres of hillside land beside the 2,700-acre Bukit Cherakah Forest Reserve, within a larger 6,500-acre integrated township. Seri Embun will comprise 360 units of three-storey superlink terraces, making it the first residential precinct in the City of Elmina to feature a clubhouse.
The freehold homes come in six design configurations, with built-ups ranging from 2,982 sq ft to 3,339 sq ft, and offer five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Priced from RM1.5 million to RM2.1 million, the homes are designed for multigenerational living, featuring open-plan layouts. The first phase of 185 units was launched in February this year and has achieved a take-up rate of 60 per cent, with the remaining 175 units slated for launch by 2Q2027.
E&O managing director Kok Tuck Cheong says the project is drawing interest from upgraders and owner-occupiers seeking a more peaceful and healthier environment away from the city.
