Ayala Land Estates lines up 10 new tenants for The Shops Nuvali in Q4

Ayala Land Estates will open 10 new tenants at The Shops Nuvali at Central Bloc in Laguna in the fourth quarter, following the recent launch of MerryMart and NAOS Café. The new arrivals include dining, retail and services brands.

Ayala Land Estates expects more tenants to open at The Shops Nuvali at Central Bloc in Laguna in the fourth quarter (Q4), following the opening of MerryMart and NAOS Café.

In a statement on Tuesday, Ayala Land Estates said the upcoming tenants include Nailandia Luxe, Nuat Thai Premier, Lukkas Barbers, David’s Salon, Yuimaru, Seoul Kitchen, Locals Coffee, Harinaya, Dela-Paz Oglimen Dental Clinic, and Studio Naya Pilates Studio.

The company said MerryMart and NAOS Café have started operations at the commercial development. MerryMart offers groceries, fresh and frozen food, household goods, personal care products, pharmacy items, and other consumer products, according to Ayala Land Estates. The store is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., it said.

NAOS Café operates within The Shops Nuvali at Central Bloc and includes café, co-working, and meeting areas, the company said.

Ayala Land Estates also said the commercial development hosts the Nuvali Weekend Markets, where merchants and local entrepreneurs sell food and other products.

The Shops Nuvali at Central Bloc is part of Nuvali, Ayala Land Estates’ mixed-use development in Laguna, which includes residential, commercial, educational, retail, recreational, and open-space components.
