ARTHALAND's Savya Financial Center 88% sold, launches Furnished Units for remaining office spaces

Savya Financial Center at Arca South in Taguig is 88% sold. The developer, ARTHALAND, is now offering the remaining Grade A office units as Furnished Units with furniture credits from CWC Interiors, targeting businesses seeking plug-and-play ownership.

ARTHALAND's Savya Financial Center at Arca South in Taguig has reached 88 per cent occupancy, leaving limited inventory of Grade A office spaces. The developer is now offering the remaining units as Furnished Units, which include smooth concrete flooring, functional drop ceilings, painted walls, essential electrical works, and a furniture credit from CWC Interiors.

The office units range from 84 to 212 square metres, with some floors allowing buyers to combine spaces for larger work areas. The property sits within the growing Arca South district, where Ayala Malls Arca South has opened its first phase and the transport terminal is already operating. Planned infrastructure includes the Skyway Stage 4 Southeast Metro Manila Expressway, the FTI Station of the Metro Manila Subway Project, and the North South Commuter Railway.

Savya is located near C-5 and the East Service Road, approximately 4.7 kilometres from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Current tenants span product distribution, wholesale produce, business process operations, banks, co-working spaces, food and beverage, and an educational institution. The development does not restrict remaining inventory to a particular industry.

The Furnished Unit offering was trialled at an open house on 23 September, where fast take-up prompted ARTHALAND to extend the option to all remaining units. Buyers receive a furniture credit from CWC Interiors, which provides access to more than 25 brands including Herman Miller, HAY, Dauphin, and Vitra. CWC also offers flooring solutions such as carpets, carpet tiles, and rugs.

The building targets 40 per cent energy savings and 20 per cent water savings, with a goal of avoiding 100 per cent of greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. Savya has secured or pursued LEED Gold pre-certification, WELL pre-certification, WELL Health-Safety Rating, EDGE Zero Carbon, 5-Star BERDE certification, and WiredScore Gold certification. Features include double-glazed glass and LED lighting.

Marketing Strategy Division Manager Kiesha Francesca C. Silayan said the Furnished Units are designed for plug-and-play ownership, allowing clients to customise and fit out spaces more efficiently. AVP of Marketing and Public Relations Sebastian Y. Cosculluella noted that the sample setup includes workstations, meeting tables, an executive desk, a lounge area, and a privacy pod, reflecting current global office design trends.
