EEI Corp appoints transformation chief in restructuring, promotes three senior executives
Listed construction firm EEI Corp. has appointed Andres P. Tumbokon III as chief transformation officer and promoted three other executives in a restructuring aimed at consolidating its building and engineering operations. The changes took effect on 2 Oct 2026.
Listed construction firm EEI Corp. announced management changes as part of a restructuring aimed at consolidating its building and engineering operations. In a stock exchange disclosure on Monday, EEI said Senior Vice-President and Building Division Head Andres P. Tumbokon III had been appointed chief transformation officer, effective 2 Oct.
Mr Tumbokon will lead the company's transformation agenda and cross-functional programmes, EEI said. "He will focus on translating the Company's strategic priorities into sustained organizational change, bringing together the right people, processes, technology, governance, and ways of working to deliver measurable business outcomes," the company said.
EEI also promoted Kenneth Samson to senior vice-president and business unit head for buildings from vice-president for business development. The company said Mr Samson will oversee the end-to-end operations of the buildings business unit, including business development and client relationships.
Romualdo Canlas was appointed head of engineering services, while Earl Jason Vistro was appointed senior vice-president and head of corporate affairs, corporate services, and the special projects business unit. EEI said all the appointments took effect on 2 Oct.
EEI is engaged in the construction of power-generating facilities, oil refineries, chemical production plants, railways, ports, expressways, and high-rise buildings. Earlier this year, the company said it had secured P1.6 billion worth of real estate contracts in the first two months of 2026 as it sought to build its order book. EEI said the newly awarded projects expanded its presence in the residential and hospitality construction segments.
EEI shares slipped one centavo, or 0.51%, to P1.94 apiece on Monday.
