Arnya RealEstates Fund Advisors has launched Arnya Real Estate Fund III – Preferred Capital, a Category-II alternative investment fund with a target corpus of ₹750 crore. The fund has been launched in partnership with Casagrand Premier Builder and will focus on real estate opportunities across Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
The fund will invest between ₹75 crore and ₹200 crore each across about 8-10 projects through a preferred equity investment structure. Arnya said the fund is designed to provide institutional and sophisticated investors exposure to real estate development margins.
Founded in 2023, Arnya has built a platform managing about ₹3,000 crore across multiple real estate strategies. This is the firm’s third fund. Casagrand has over two decades of experience and a portfolio of more than 88 million sq ft across over 180 projects.
Mittal, founder & CEO of Arnya RealEstates Fund Advisors, said India’s residential real estate sector has entered a stronger phase, supported by regulatory reforms, formalisation and demand for organised developers. Earlier this year, Arnya announced the first close of its residential equity fund at over ₹1,030 crore.
