PETALING JAYA (Sept 17): Alphex Realty has formalised strategic collaborations with EdgeProp and Manjit Singh Sachdev Mohammad Radzi & Partners alongside its grand opening ceremony here, marking the establishment of the real estate platform built on Alpha Group’s experience since 2019.

In a statement on Sept 16, Alphex Realty said the collaborations are intended to facilitate cooperation, knowledge exchange, business opportunities and value creation among industry stakeholders, while supporting growth opportunities alongside competition within the real estate sector. The event brought together industry leaders, business partners, real estate professionals and members of the company’s network.

Alpha Group, established in 2019, has developed a network of more than 200 partners. In 2025, the group recorded more than RM1.5 billion in gross development value (GDV). Alphex Realty aims to build on this foundation by supporting partner development, leadership growth, business opportunities and professional development within the real estate industry.

The ceremony also marked the appointment of Sky Sin and Dino Tiew as executive directors of Alphex Realty. The company also expanded its business development leadership team through the appointment of business development directors to support regional business development and growth initiatives.

Alphex Realty founder Alex Sin said the company was established to continue developing Alpha Group’s business and supporting the growth of its partners. “We believe we should never be satisfied with where we are today. We want to continue breaking our own limits and, more importantly, help our partners break through their own limits,” he said.

On industry cooperation, Sin said: “One person may be able to move faster, but a group of people can go further. We may compete in the same industry, but that does not mean we cannot collaborate. We look forward to working with more industry peers, sharing opportunities and creating value together.”

Representing EdgeProp was head of business development Nimalen Parimalam. “It is inspiring to see how Alpha Group grew since 2019 and we are delighted to now play a role in working with Alphex Realty,” he said. Also present was EdgeProp head of sales (agency), Stannly Tan.
